The new Jagex Launcher is now available to try in Open Beta - you can try it for yourself here!
The Launcher offers big improvements to the login experience, chief among them being that it remembers your account! Provided you log in at least once every 30 days, the Launcher will retain your details, making venturing into RuneScape easier than ever. The Launcher also keeps you up to date with links to the latest news.
For current players, the Launcher will locate and boot your existing installation. However, if you've been away for a while, it can easily install the game for you.
This is just the beginning. Lots of additional features are on the way, starting with Mac compatibility. Stay tuned for more details of what's to come over the next few weeks.
